Well We're Headed Off for Thanksgiving

Hello,

My family is going to the Mountains for Thanksgiving this year. We've never gone for Thanksgiving before so I personally think it's going to be quite interesting cooking in a kitchen that we've never cooked in before. I think that we have too many cooks and not enough kitchens!!!! We're staying in a big cabin that one of Uncle Jim's Doctor's let us have for the week. We leave on Wednesday morning and Papa and Tyler come home Friday night. Mommy, Morgan and I are staying at the cabin until Sunday and then heading to Georgia to see Alexander James!!! I can't wait to see that little man. I'll make sure I get pictures and post them on here soon!!! When we get back. I'll post more!!

Blessings,
Brittany

Have a Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

Hear the Wisdom that People Give You

Hello Everybody,

I was reading my Bible this morning and I came across a verse that I really like a lot. It's Proverbs 22:17, which says, "Incline your ear and hear the words of the wise and apply your heart to my knowledge." So, I just really think that verse is helpful because I tend to not take the wisdom I'm given every time it's given to me. I need to work on taking the wisdom and then applying my heart to knowledge. Please pray for me in this area. I hope taht this is an encouragement to you.

Update on Papa

Hello,

So, here's an update on Papa's whole injury that happened this past year. He went to the Neurologist the other day and they told him that his recovery is a full two years. That would be why the nerve isn't up yet. The nerve that was damaged is two feet long. So, it's just going to take a long time to heal and get back to where it was before. So, just pray for that recovery to come around fast. He now has to start more Physical Therapy which he was done with before he went to this Dr. Please pray for him that he would be patient and trust in God. Thank you for always praying for him.

Adoption Update

Hello Everybody,

I just wanted to give you a little update on the Tsantles' Adoption. Well, they haven't found the husband of the birth mother yet. So, they're trying to get into the court docket so then the judge can most likely terminate the husbands rights. So, just pray that they would find the husband before and then he would sign the paper. Then, everything would be back to normal. Xander is doing great, he is in his foster home right know and they send pictures often. Just pray!!

Thanks,

Brittany

Good Morning!

Well, this morning I was reading Proverbs 15 and I came across verse 7 which says, "The lips of the wise disperse knowledge, But the heart of the fool does not do so." When someone has the lips of the wise that is a good thing to have. Some people are just gifted with wisdom and in this verse it tells us that they disperse the knowledge. When you're a fool you're not known for dispersing knowledge at all. I don't want to be known as a fool so I'm trying to take wisdom and be wise. Please pray for me. I hope that you will do that same. Have a wonderful day today!!!

Don't be Prideful

Hello,

This morning I was reading Proverbs 11 and I came across verse two. It is, "When pride comes, then comes shame; But with the humble is wisdom." I need to remember that more often. It is very easy to forget that and just move on with your day. Please pray for me that I wouldn't forget that and that I would be humble in the Lord. I don't want to have shame, I want to be humble and become more like Christ. I hope this encourages you to do the same as I'm doing.

Brittany

More Xander Pictures

Hello Everyone,

I'm giving you an update on Xander the baby. He is doing wonderful in his foster family right know. He is already getting bigger. We have been receiving pictures every couple of days from them.

So with the whole adoption process the man that the birth mother is married to (not the birth father) has not been in her life for over two years but since they are married he is the legal guardian over this baby. So, in order for him to come to the Tsanltes' the father has been sent a certified letter that he could just sign and then everything would be back to normal. The other thing is that the agency would have to get in the court and ask the judge to terminate his rights. That could take a little while to do all of that. We're just praying that the father signs the paper and then everything would be back to normal. Keep praying!!!

Thanks,

Brittany

More Xander Pictures

Hello Everyone,

Here are some more pictures of Xander Tsantles. He is such a little precious baby boy. Auntie and Uncle talked to the foster mom last night. She was explaining how he is and how cute he is. She said, "as soon as you take a foot out of his sleeper he cries because he gets cold very easy. She also said that he loves to be swaddled in a blanket like they do in the hospital. I hope that you enjoy the pictures!!!! Hopefully there will be more to come shortly.

Pray for Adoption

Hello Everyone,

I would just like to ask for your prayer today about the adoption of Xander Tsantles. Stephanie (birth mom) went to go sign the papers to give up her writes and she said that she was married but hasn't seen or been with the guy for 2 years. The man that she is married to is legally the birth father even though he really isn't Rico is the birth father. Because they're married he is legally the father of the baby. So, Georgia has given permission for a paper that says Stephanie hasn't seen him in 2 years. North Carolina is in the process of seeing if the paper will go through. But, if NC doesn't accept that paper then it could take 60 to 90 days to terminate the fathers rights and they wouldn't be able to bring the baby home until all of that was done. So, just please pray for the Tsantles' Adoption and that everything would go according to the will of God our Father. Thanks and have a blessed day!!
